Grand Lake

What a day! Lot of fish caught, but the majority had that disease. You know the disease where there tail is to close to there head. Lot's of 10" to 13" fish in this lake. Numbers are still low from what we where used to seeing at Grand years ago, but we all still had fun. Total # of fish caught was 101 & 216 lbs total. That's an average weight of 2.14 lbs per fish. Lot of fish, an a lot caught on all kinds of baits. Spinner baits, crank baits, Rig, Top water, etc. The bass where defiantly in post spawn mode. Saw & caught some with bloody tails shallow, but they where spawned out and I think they where just guarding there nests.
